It's hard to
be a leader these days -- you don't know if people are following you or chasing you. |

Lubber
Extrusion
Lubber extrusion at Vip is one
of our core capabilities. We extrude all organic polymers, including VitonÒ, hypalon, nitrile, neopreneÒ, SBR and natural. We also extrude silicone.
We process sponge in our continuous cure downstream equipment also known as Liquid Cure
Medium (above photo). We can apply PSA tape to most extrusions and cut to length.
Sometimes a particular shape
can only be formed after extrusion and prior to cure. This forming process can produce
very interesting results. Our extrusions are used in windows, pumps, seals, tubes, bumpers
and almost anywhere you can imagine.
So the next time you have a need for rubber extrusion, please think of Vip.

People of Vip
Meet Dean Gillespie.
Originally a retail meat cutter, Dean started at Vip on a temporary basis, 36 years later
he is Vice President of Marketing. Specializing in curtain wall (high rise building window
systems) and TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer), Dean is always up-to-date on the latest
technology and happily shares his 36 years experience with clients and personnel at Vip.

Dean is originally from Texas, which explains his country boy manner in his everyday life.
His sales territory is the southern U.S. and his affinity for the people of the south
comes naturally. Dean recently finished building a house in New Mexico. He hopes to spend
more time with his hobbies of mineralogy, geology and fly-fishing.
