		The VIP molding department functions as a full service supplier to our clients. In VIPs molding department we use injection, transfer and compression molds. Our presses have plate sizes from 6"X 6" to 48" X 72" and have the capability to mold products from a gram weight to hundreds of pounds of rubber. Materials range from commercial compounds to military, automotive and customer generated specifications. With over 40 years of experience in research and development, we can assist you in developing your own specifications. Molded pieces hold very high tolerances and can take just about any shape.
	We have presses for pieces as big as 500 pounds to ones smaller than a gram. As a full service supplier, we can mold rubber to low carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum or any other metal alloys painted or anodized needed for your application. When it comes to plastic injection molding, we are capable of molding a variety of materials including but not limited to thermal plastics and Santoprene. The mold department is where one of VIP most cost effective machines is stationed. Our Cryogenic deflasher freezes the parts and throws media at the excess rubber or flash for removal. This time saver can deflash thousands of pieces per day. Our mold department may be precisely the one you want.   This is one of our bigger presses in the mold department.
