This enables us to manufacture rubber sheeting up to 60" wide untrimmed for uses in gasketing and industrial applications. Our calender machines make sure your material comes out smooth or fabric finished with the tightest tolerances in the industry. | ||||||

Our calenders can produce sheeting anywhere from 8 thousanths of an inch thick to a .500 inch thick. We can also cut your rolls into different widths with or without pressure sensitive adhesives to make rubber strips for your application. We can also provide the following fabric inserts: Nomex, Fiberglass, Nylon, Polyester and cotton. Our calender sheet department covers it all. |
